Ask about your figures

Luca reads the entries, invoices, open items and reports of the company you are in, and answers with figures from your own bookkeeping. Ask, for example:

• What did we spend on software in August? The answer names the account, the amount, the number of entries and the difference from the month before.
• Have we paid Nordisk Reservedelslager? The answer finds the invoice, the due date and the payment from the bank.
• What does Skovbo Byg owe us? The answer lists the open invoices with amounts and due dates.
• How has revenue changed from 2025 to 2026? The answer compares the periods and points out the weakest month.

Along the way you see what Luca is doing: reading the books, calculating totals, searching the invoices. The answer links into Veneti, so you can open the entry or the report behind the figure. If the analysis needs to go further, Luca can calculate it and give you the result as a file.

Acts only with your approval

When you ask Luca to do something, create a supplier, categorise a line, make a voucher or send an invoice, Luca shows a card with exactly what will be written. You approve, reject or edit a field on the card before anything happens. Booking, reversals, settlements, invoices, members and connections to your bank and email are approved every time, card by card.

Master data, settings, documents and draft vouchers you can choose to approve automatically from then on, so a month’s vouchers need only one approval: the booking. That choice can always be withdrawn. Luca is set up to report something as booked or sent only once it has been confirmed.

What Luca can help with

• Categorisation: suggest the account and VAT code for a line in the journal again, or correct several vouchers at once.
• Vouchers: make a draft voucher from an invoice you upload, or attach a receipt to the right voucher.
• Invoices: create and send a customer invoice, pause a subscription and edit its lines.
• Master data: create customers and suppliers with a lookup in the CVR register, products, accounts, VAT codes and financial years.
• Setup: invite colleagues and your accountant, and start the connection to your bank, email and e-invoicing for the owner and administrators.

What you see on the screen

Luca opens in a panel beside the page you are on, and knows which page it is and which vouchers you have selected. From an entry in the reports you can ask Luca about that very line. Conversations are kept per company, and a longer task shows its steps while it runs, so you can follow along and stop it.
