Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
Under Reporting you find the income statement, the balance sheet and the cash flow statement. You choose the period, months or years, and see the figures as one combined column (Total) or one column per period (Periods). The balance sheet shows opening and closing balances, and under each statement stands its control: the balance check and the cash flow check. You pick the period in a calendar, and shift-click selects a range, so you can compare three years side by side or see every month of the year.
The reports count what is in the journal together with what is booked; an entry that is not yet booked is shown as Draft in the entries list. So you see the month as it will be before you press Book, and correct what needs correcting while it can still be corrected.
- Fold accounts in and out, so you see groups and sections or every account.
- Zero rows, Decimals and Format control the display; Format colours the figures by size.
- Sort the entry lists on a column; the whole booked history is downloaded as Excel and CSV under Booked entries.
Sales, receivables, payables and assets
Sales shows revenue by customer and by product, as a table or chart, and unfolds into the other dimension and on to every entry. Receivables and Payables show every customer’s and supplier’s balance, account statement and open items with due dates, so you see who owes you and whom you owe. Assets shows the fixed asset register with acquisition, depreciation and book value per asset when assets are switched on. The VAT return has its own page under VAT.
Every figure opens to the entries
Click a figure to see the entries it is made of: voucher number, date, text, amount, account and the document file. From an entry you can open the account in the Chart of accounts or ask Luca about the line. Booked entries gathers the whole booked history with search by text, amount, voucher number and account, and with downloads as Excel, CSV and SAF-T. A voucher in a foreign currency is shown in DKK with the amount in its own currency and the rate in the info box.
Monthly report as PDF, PowerPoint and Excel
The report pack gathers the month’s accounts as a presentation: a front page with the month’s key figures, Profit with sales, largest customers, invoices and every cost category, Balance sheet with key figures, receivables and payables, Cash flow with operating, investing and financing activities, and notes. You choose the month and whether the total is the year to date, the last 12 months or a chosen period, or read the report by year. Pick the chapters you want, and download it as HTML, PDF or PowerPoint.
The Excel model is the same accounts as a workbook: statements, statements per account, sales, receivable and payable balances, pivot tables and the entries behind them, so the formulas calculate on the real figures. The files are named Accounts report, the company’s name and today’s date. The report is the same in the app, in the HTML file, in the PDF and in the PowerPoint presentation, so what you see on the screen is what the recipient gets.

Questions
Are the reports up to date?
Yes, the moment you book. What is in the journal is counted too, so you see the month as it will be.
What is the difference between Total and Periods?
Total shows one combined column for the chosen period. Periods shows one column per month or year, so you can follow the development.
Can I send the monthly report to the bank or investors?
Yes. Download it as PDF or PowerPoint with the chapters you choose, or as the Excel model. The report pack is included in Pro+ and Max.
Can my accountant see the reports?
Yes. Invite your accountant with Read access, and they see the statements and the entries without being able to change anything.
Why does it say Draft on some entries?
Because the entry is still in the journal and has not been booked. The reports count it so you see the month as it will be before you press Book.
