ApS
ApS stands for anpartsselskab, a private limited company. The company is a legal person of its own: it owns its assets, owes its debts and pays its own tax, and the owners are liable only for the capital they have put in. Duties come with it: bookkeeping under the Bookkeeping Act, an annual report to the Danish Business Authority, and a management that vouches for it.

What is an ApS?
An ApS is founded by registration with the Danish Business Authority with a share capital that must at least meet the legal minimum, and it receives a CVR number. The owners are called anpartshavere, and the company is run by a management and possibly a board. Profits are taxed in the company, and the owners are taxed only when they take out salary or dividends.
For the accounts an ApS differs from a sole proprietorship in that the company's and the owner's finances are separate: the owner's private expenses do not belong in the company, and loans from the company to the owner follow special rules. The company must file an annual report every year with an income statement and a balance sheet, which becomes public.
ApS in Veneti
In Veneti an ApS is created by finding it by name or CVR number, after which the chart of accounts, VAT codes and financial year are ready from day one. The bookkeeping has locked entries, consecutive voucher numbers and export as SAF-T. Annual report under Filings shows the year's figures in the Danish Business Authority's form and downloads the accounts file for Regnskab Basis.
If you own both an ApS and a holding company, they sit under the same user account, and you can invite your accountant with read access. More about the ApS: Veneti for an ApS and Guide to the annual report.
